Single-screw extruder
In close cooperation with our sister company battenfeld-cincinnati, we provide a fully integrated extrusion solution. Single-screw extruders –with either smooth-bore or grooved-bore feed zones and diameters of 45, 60 and 75 millimetres cover the full range of common thermoplastics. A variety of screw designs allows precise adaptation to your material and process requirements. An integrated melt pressure sensor ensures maximum process reliability and a CE-compliant safety concept without the need for a rupture bolt. Depending on the configuration, the extruder is operated either via the proven relay control system or the modern BCtouch UX compact control. Energy-efficient, zone-controlled heating ensures stable melt quality and economical operation.

Calibration table TEC.CAL
The TEC.CAL calibration table was designed with a clear focus on user-friendly operation and energy efficiency. Its inclined, foldable water and vacuum manifolds provide excellent accessibility for setup and maintenance. The frame moves together with the manifolds and the swivelling drip tray, ensuring smooth handling and optimal workflow. Frequency-controlled pumps in the GESS.BASIC system can reduce energy consumption by up to 50 percent while significantly minimising vacuum fluctuations. All water-carrying components are made of stainless steel, providing durability and long-term reliability. The TEC.CAL is available in lengths ranging from 2.8 to 4.9 metres.

Haul-off TEC.PUL
The compact TEC.PUL is available as a belt or pad haul-off. With contact lengths from 800 to 1,600 millimetres and a contact width of 100 to 120 millimetres, it covers a wide range of profile geometries. Its open and accessible design ensures easy operation and maintenance. A mechanical adjustment system effectively prevents profile deformation or crushing.

Cutting unit TEC.CUT
TEC.CUT features a newly developed safety hood. The swivelling hood opens together with the infeed tunnel, ensuring maximum accessibility. This speeds up start-up, improves handling and simplifies maintenance. Three cutting modules are available: a pneumatic cutter, a heated premium cutter, and a saw. The modules can be used individually or combined depending on your application. A telescopic discharge belt provides additional support – especially for short or unstable profiles.
