The XXL die from Exelliq holds the record in terms of size and brings the most powerful profiles, such as housing profiles or sheet pile walls, into a secure shape.

XXL dry calibration

The XXL.TOOLING's large dry calibration is made entirely of stainless steel and, in addition to its process reliability when extruding large profiles, stands out in particularly due to its long service life.

XXL tank system

The tank system of the XXL.TOOLING is individually adapted to the geometry of the profile. A vacuum tank is used for hollow chamber profiles, while a tank with a water bath is used for full profiles.
